Jigsaw Puzzle does not have user accounts, so there is no account to close. The app does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. You can delete the data the app keeps in two ways.
1. Delete the data on your device
Your puzzle progress, points, rank, hints and settings are stored only on your device. To delete them:
- Open the app, go to the Me tab and choose Reset all progress, or
- Uninstall the app.
This deletes the data straight away and can't be undone.
2. Ask us to delete analytics and crash data
The app sends usage statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). To ask us to delete this data, email support@srchoutsoftware.com with the subject Data deletion request and include:
- your device model and whether it's Android or iPhone,
- roughly when you used the app.
Because the app has no accounts, this data isn't linked to your name or email address. We use the details you send only to find and delete the data associated with your device, and we reply within 30 days. If we can't single out your data, we'll tell you.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted on request: Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data associated with your device.
- Kept until it expires: analytics and crash data that can't be linked to your device is kept by Google for the retention periods set in Firebase, and then deleted automatically.
- Advertising data: data collected by Google AdMob to show ads is controlled by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings and change your ad choices under Me → Ad privacy settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Your email to us: we keep the email you send only as long as needed to handle your request.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
